Home Estate is pleased to announce we are proud corporate members of Medway Sunlight Rotary.
Rotary is a worldwide organisation, who strive to eradicate polio, who are passionate about working with children and always put others above themselves, there are also lots of volunteers who are not members but give up their time to help with this great cause.. in the words of one Rotarian, ‘ Volunteers are not paid—not because they are worthless but because they are priceless’.
We have been involved in various different Charity activities such as selling apples at Rainham Community Orchard, helping with Santa’s sleigh on St Marys Island and delivering food parcels to the public on Christmas day.
We also work closely with Chatham Salvation Army and get involved with a lot of their charity fund raising.
Both Kevin and I are excited for 2021, with lots of Charity and environmental opportunities to get involved in, with all the sadness around Covid we feel this is an amazing way to bring a little happiness into people’s life less fortunate than ourselves and to give something back to our community.
